Default Sony XBR65X900F

Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with my Sony TV screen. I think this is vertical banding as identified through a prelim online search but please correct me if I am wrong.
This TV has a vertical screen pattern of differing contrast. It is noticeable when the TV is on without any external data source and with all input sources. I had another TV of the same model which I returned for the same issue. This is the second TV with a similar problem although on this unit the issue is less noticeable. Is this a common and expected issue with LED TVs? Am I being too picky?
