Default Any other stands work with Harman Kardon speakers?

Hi - I'm considering buying a Harman Kardon cp15 home theater in a box and I've noticed their speakers have the mounting screw on the bottom of the satellites. I really would like to have stands similar to the Bose pedestals but see no way of mounting the HK speakers on that type of stand as all the "universal" mounting kits focus on the mounting screws being located on the back of the satellites. I also would like to avoid stands where the speakers just "sit"on a flat area.

The HK speaker stands are nice and they do match well but they're also about $100 a pair.

Has anyone here had any luck with any aftermarket pedestal type stands with the HK speakers?

P. S. Any time you mount speakers on the wall put a 2X10 between the 2X4 studs for speaker support. Lag bolt the speaker stand to the wall. I then used an adjusting screw in the bottom threads with a nut. The stand can with half sphere feet to put between the stand and the speaker. I put the screw in and adjusted the nut until the feet were compressed. I could hang from them now and I am over 200 lbs.
