Default 3 tvs on same speakers?

Whats the best way to run sound with 3 flat screens all in the same room running off the same source or cable box, it dosent right with volume coming from each separate screen, I guess turn off audio on 2 of the 3 or run wireless speakers/surround?

Don't use the TV's speakers at all.

Run the sound (if it's from only one source and channel) from the cable box to a separate amplifier, then to external speakers.

If your viewing off air TV all TV's need to be on the same channel, then one TV can be the master, run it's audio output to the same amp as the cable box.

SO run a receiver to one of the cable box/ tvs, etc and then the standard surround speaker set up? , all tva are on same channel for now via hdmi splitter, but that may change in football season
