Default How can I get sound comparable to what I have now when we downsize to a smaller condo

We're spoiled , and have paradigm reference 100 V3 towers with the center speaker , the big sub woofer , and the two backs powered by a Denon receiver . It is the sweetest sounding thing I've ever heard . Our new condo is small and I really need to find a system that will give me the quality and listening pleasure I have had from the above but is more compact . My husband and I are actually arguing over this . I say why in the world would we sell this and turn around and buy something for more money than we're going to get out of it only to have it sound inferior ? Can you help by suggesting something that will solve our space issues as well as my need to have quality sound .

Have you considered going to Paradigm bookshelf speakers (atom monitors are pretty small)? If you want the great bass (subwoofer) you are accustomed to you have two choices keep a large subwoofer or spend a lot of $$$ for a compact subwoofer such as a Bob Carver designed Sunrise subwoofer or a Def Tech supercube. Possibly the new Paradigm Millenia sub which are pretty compact and also can be placed out of the way. SVS subwoofers may also be an option as they have cylindrical ones that may fit your space as they have a smaller footprint but are more vertical.
