Default Dali Ikon On-Walls Placement - Angle facing which way

Hi Everyone -

I just got some Dali Ikon On-Walls to go along with my Dali Ikon's and vokal two center.

I am clueless to how to place these on my walls. I have them about 18"-20" inches on the side of me but behind me. However, I am clueless if I should have the angle going downwards or towards my listening area.

Also, how high should this be from ear level? ( and how do I measure this; im regarding should I measure from the bottom of the speaker or top to jujde distance from ear level)

Thanks in advance guys!

if I have the ikon on wall's angle/slope towards me, should the bottom of the speaker be ear level? Or should the bottom of the speaker be 1 foot above ear level?

This is assuming I should even have the angle towards me

Wow, could not resist jumping in on an 'old' thread. I have mine about 18" down from the ceiling on opposing walls (NOT on the rear walls) but all the way in the back of the room. The drivers are facing out, towards each other and angled this way : \____ ______/ imagine the underscore line is the back wall (with an opening).
It works great, but I think you have to experiment. Angling them downwards may be preferable. Your own room and your personal preferences are really the main variables.
