Default Unknown problem with optoma projector HD141X Please help

Hello to everyone

I have an Optoma 141x, from 2014, but with a very low use, maybe 100 or 200 hours.

I dont use from 3 months at last, but today i check it, and notice a fail on the image on the superior left corner of the screeen. Like oil (is like a blurry zone. I clenan the outside lens but nothings happes.

. The focus wheel dont change the position of the "spot".
.Looking with a lightflash i cant see anything strange on lens.
.Making zoom it and out, the mark changes from a thinner form to mor wider form.

On movies etc cant see but solid color is revealing it.

Any idea? Sorry for my poor english

I would have to assume there may be something on the bulb, by the looks of your the blemish it is not Sharp and pronounced so that indicates the problem is between lamp bulb and Lens. Otherwise, it would be a more obvious and clearer outline. While not in use but in storage it could have picked up a piece of lint or dust (which would project a blurred image which is what your photo looks like.

It could be a spider nest, I have seen them get into the tightest places.

A good look at the lens and bulb will tell, but DO NOT touch the lens or bulb with your fingers, use some cotton gloves or tissue paper to handle it.

I had a 62" Pioneer RPTV w/built-in line doubler a superset about 12 yo I had a spider work his way into between screens a few times I just gently tapped the screen and he retreated into frame portion, but then it returned and went deeper between screens until it wedged itself and the gentle tapping only worsened the situation by 'gently' crushing him and adhering its self on the inside of the lenticular screen. Fortunately, after a few months of trying to get used to this tiny mark, I gentle tapped it once again and it basically disintegrated leaving barely a mark.

I open the projector, checked the blub (i see all ok) and check the inside, and no too much dust is very clean.

If the screen is white the mark is purple color, and i adjust focus and zoom the mark makes thinner or wider...

I dont know what can it be.
