Talking Hello all

I'm new to this forum but not new to flat screen TVs. I'm looking forward to asking how to setup my 51" Samsung Plasma TV (like getting the colors the way I like them). Plus I have an OLD 37" Sharp Aquos LCD TV. Told you it and I are OLD.

I'm also old and just replaced my last 4:3 CRT TV. Still have my first LCD panel which isn't even LED as it's 10 years old but still chugging along fine.

I'd recommend any of the self-calibration disks where you can optimize the settings on the TV. I used the Spears and Munsil BD and got very good results.

I agree with pipemajor because unless you find a posting with the same exact model (tough) and even then it's a crapshoot. Best bet is buy a disc.

Well I worked around fooling with my old plasma TV by getting a new 55" Toshiba LED TV. Much better than the old Samsung plasma.
