i actually ended up putting a large blind that we had over our sliding glass door, i put that in front of the mancave but it eventually with all the wind and stuff, tore the blinds up where it connects to rail. It tore a few at a time so I basically just took it off. I put a window AC/heater in their around Dec and getting the cave ready to put the tv and stuff in their so once i do that i will just run the AC when needed and too hot up in the day when I'm in there and in evenings I will put up the door and open rear door and turn on my big 30 inch fan.

Ok guys the cave is about ready to put my electronics in there: tv, stereo and speakers, dish network box, ect. The cave has some cracks and areas to where moisture can get in plus the floor is concrete so I know moisture will get in there so just wanting some ideas on how to best combat the moisture getting in the electronics. I was thinking keeping plastic bags right in the intertainment center and at least cover them when I'm not in there.

hi,
I wanted something to put in front of the garage door when it is up to help with bugs, and also privacy. My wife took down the vertical blind that we had in the house and it was perfect for the front of the garage door but it's about a ft and a half too short. I want to just put up a curtain for the rest of that uncovered area. Will a polyester curtain mold, mildew and stink when getting wet? It will get wet because it will be on the outside. I saw some nice team logo ones online but were polyester. What kind of fabric do I need to get that will be fine? |

Thanks for sharing this topic. This is one of the best topic thanks for sharing.
Try using an old mop with a plastic bag tied around the head as a makeshift super-sized plunger. This can be very effective. |
