Default New House w/existing speakers -- help me decide!

Hey Everyone,

Moved into my current house about a year ago and noticed the previous owner had speakers built into the ceiling during construction. I have attached a rough sketch of my floorplan below, with the red circles representing where the speakers are.

All of these speakers are hardwired through the ceiling with the cables terminating in the media closet behind the fireplace. I don't know what kind of speakers they are, only that they have a standard two-wire connector.

I'm not too concerned with the indoor speakers. They were installed with the orientation as if the TV were mounted above the fireplace (which I did not want to do). It might be nice to place some music through my phone with those speakers, but I really don't care about the indoor ones at all.

My question is: What are my options when it comes to controlling the outdoor speakers?

I realize that question is too broad, so to be more specific, how do I link the audio from the outdoor TV to the speakers on the outdoor patio? My TV outside is not smart -- it has a Roku hooked up, and I stream everything from Plex. The TV is mounted to a brick wall, with no cabling access going back into the house. There is just a power outlet.

My whole house is wired for Cat6 and I have plenty of Wifi coverage if that helps anything.

We made the back patio feel pretty cozy, and it would be nice to enjoy the speakers that are already back there, too.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Let me know if I missed anything! Thank you in advance!
