Do you know if the 4810 is at least equal to or better than my AVR-5700 in the amplifier section?

Thanks,

Sorry, I'm not familiar with the 5700.

Maybe it's just me, but I consider that to be overkill unless the balance of my equipment is of comparable quality.

Denon AVR3310C1 on clearance at 6th Avenue Electronics for $396 tomorrow from 9 am to 10 pm, if anyone is interested. I believe open box or floor models.

Great deal, although it's already 2 generations old 3311CI and now 3312CI but for 396.00 if your not going 3D, then that's a score !

Hi guys, just to update you all on the A100, OUR good friend, Robert from ValueElectronics stepped in and is once again, my hero. Denon wanted me to box up the problematic (to put it mildly) receiver, ship it off to a company that would totally rebuild it because Denon had no more A100's to send me. Robert had one and shipped it to me! I received it yesterday, set it up and it is working flawlessly!

Thanks Robert!

Robert is one of the most honorable and reliable E-tailers. He and his family go out of their way to to satisfy and resolve any and all problems for his customers. He extends his services and knowledge to anyone who takes advantage of his offerings. In my dealings with Robert I was never disappointed, he takes the apprehension out of buying equipment without actually going to his store. And that's saying a lot !

Receiver came today and hooked up. Damn that manual is like a telephone book, only got about halfway through. Does sound great though, even with the old speakers.

If the manual seems nonsensical to you go to http://www.batpigworld.com/ for English instructions that are understandable.
