He needs to be fined for being a talentless ass clown. He hasn't done ANYTHING original since the early 90s. I thank god I am out of range of his show, I'm pretty sure I'ld kick the radio out of my dash and stomp it into the floor if I heard him.

Well, I guess any reply from me is not going to change your mind. And I don't want to start an endless argument, but..... at least please think about this one point: Maybe part of the reason he hasn't done anything original is that he has so many restrictions on what he can and can't do without getting fined? That may change when he goes to Sirius satellite and has full control of his program starting Jan 01, 2006.
Also, practically every successful show -- whether it's on TV or Radio -- sticks with what made them successful. For example, look at "The Price is Right". What have they done differently, and they've been on for like a gazillion years? One of the indicators that a show is in trouble is when they try new things in desperation. Howard knows his audience and what they want. It's just like the Jerry Springer Show. How sick is that, and yet it's a huge success and became a #1 show. Obviously, there is no correlation (except possibly inverse) between quality of a broadcast and the quantity of viewers/listeners.
Only in America can a guy who looks like Howard be smothered with some of the hottest looking chicks in the world and become a multi millionaire in the process. What's his secret? He knows what the people want and he gives it to them.
Hope the tone of my reply was insightful and not incendiary!

The one shame about him going to Sirius and getting away from the FCC's Nazi like control of the airwaves is that he will still be on "E!" on TV instead of something like HBO where he could really let loose.

That would sort of like be the exact opposite of "MTV Unplugged". You may have uncovered an excellent title for his show. Better copyright that before someone steals it.....

The question arrises as to the future of what are now called monitors. Will they or are they now not available?
