I'm a fanatic fo Sixteen-By-Nine and HDTV technology.
I'd like to know about the history of 16:9 and HDTV.
Can you help me?

On Wikipedia Ia have got read some thing but is not complete for me.

What exactly do you want to know? The reason for 16:9 on HDTVs is so that you have a more cinematice viewing experience. Really not much to it.
