Advice Welcome: Opening an HDTV Sports Bar

I am considering opening an all-HDTV sports bar in a small city / university town. I know some of the huge sports bars like ESPNZone and the like in big cities are doing this, but can find very few examples of smaller independent sports bars who have ventured into HD. Any thoughts, ideas or advice would be welcome as I consider taking the plunge on this venture.

Absolute genious. I am an HD sports fanatic, I would love for an HD sports bar to open in my area.

Put it some of those nice front projector sets up against massive screens...heaven on Earth.

I'd also keep a room where you sell HDTV sets on the side. First-timers will be so mesmorized by the quality that they may be tempted to lay down the dough on the spot.

I live in the DFW area. I have not personally been to a HD sports bar. A few random restaurants around here have screens, but they don't do a very good job of advertising their HD capabilities.
