Default How to teach a grumpy child?

My 5-year old nephew live in my house this month. Everything goes well, except his bad temper. For instance, he wants to watch cartoon all day long. If we turned off the TV and asked him to take a break , he will burst into a rage of tears, this is really a big headache. And he's not happy to share. How could we to teach him then? Can anybody give me some advice?

Step #1, take him to a child therapist.
Step #2, move the TV to your bed room and put a lock on the door.
Step #3 if the above dose not help then get a very strict nanny.
Step #4 if the above does not work then send him back to his parents.

At 5 years old he 's too young for military school.

He needs some serious child behavior counseling, and you should not put up with this, get his parents involved.
