Newbie here: How to hook-up wireless hd movie/Internet on Viera plasma S2 series hdtv
I bought a Panasonic 42" Viera TC-P42S2 plasma HDTV, Magnavox Blu-Ray wireless BD player w/VUDU, Philips DVD recorder, Yamaha soundbar home theater, Netgear WNDR3400 wireless N dual band router (can hook to AT&T DSL modem) and 3 HDMI high speed cables. What is the best way to wirelessly hook-up the TV, the aformentioned devices, a wireless laptop and a desktop computer (needs a wireless USB adapter)? I also expect a WIFI hotspot inside my home, where I can hook up my Sprint Evo 4G smartphone, which gets a weak 3G signal (and no 4G inside) through the metal siding of the mobile home. The phone has unlimited data and can hook to the TV with a HDMI cable but only 720p. I want 1080p TV access to the Internet, Netflix, Pandora, VUDU, YouTube streaming video, etc. The TV seems not to be wireless ready and has no USB. Can I use the wireless Blu-Ray player to hook to the Internet for stuff other than VUDU? Maybe that is the best way??? Thanks for any assistance. Lew
