Which System do you by Multiplatform Games for

If you are somebody who owns Multi-Systems which system do you perfer to by a game for.

I am trying to decide which System to buy Madden and NCAA for and haven't figured it out yet so I thought to post a question to the Forum

i wait for the reviews. you just never know if one system will struggle then the other. i might go ps3 with madden this year if it doesn't get a bad review. i would wait though since there is usually a difference between the versions over the past couple

My friends list decides for me.. I wish more of my friends had a PS3 so I could game on it more, but I am fine with just exclusives for now as the ones I have played have been great..

360 it is for me..

Reviews would matter. But since most of my friends are on Live and I like to play certain games online, I would go 360 for that reason alone.

As a general rule Xbox 360 for achievement points and because I know more people with Xbox 360 and Live than I do with a PS3.

If the PS3 ver is noticibly better however (or it has no online play) I wouldn't say no to the PS3 ver though, and if the controls are done properly on Wii, I'd consider that version too. In some cases the Wii ver is proving to be a completely different game anyway, which could lead me to possibly buy 2 different versions of the same game.

Pro Evolution Soccer 2008 is a great example of the Wii ver trumping the others through being a much better game due to the controls.

Well, I own all 3 systems (360, Wii, PS3). My preference is the 360. So far all of my multi-platform games (GTA4, LegoIJ, COD4, etc.) have been on the 360. I guess it will depend on features and reviews to determine future games. For example, I plan to get Star Wars: Force Unleashed. I would normally go 360 all the way, however for this game, DLC is only on the Wii and the Wii version is $10 cheaper. So my dillema will bee $10 cheaper and DLC OR HD graphics and achievements?

Didn't vote as I only own the Wii and PS3. Don't have a 360 yet.

I'd wait for the reviews and base a decision off that. I think EA has learned a thing or two since the last Madden and this time, the differences between the 360 and PS3 will be negligible. So it probably depends on if you'll play online, and if you do, who you'll play online with more.

i have never read a review on a multiplatform that gave one over the other. unless it was the earlier EA Sports games on the PS3. the framerates where pretty horid back then, but i think you can expect the same review for both games on each system now. one might have DLC or a timed released but thats about it.

I think what it comes down to is, do you like to play online, which controller do you prefer, and are you all about earning achievement?

Seems like people use the PS3 for exclusives and blue ray but pefer the 360 System mainly because of live

yeah. Live and Achievements.

Live is seriously a wonderfull thing. I cant imagine gaming without it now.

even with the latest update PSN still can't compare to live...the ONLY thing PSN has over live is its Free....

I think I am going 360 for Madden and NCAA....Still not sure on Soul Calibur 4 which one to get

That's what a lot of people like about the PSN. The fact that it's free.

Frankly, I'm a little miffed that Yoda is the exclusive on SC4 for 360. I get it, green for green. Still. Yoda is a bad ass. Vader is just so oaffy and lumbering. He never goes all crazy like Yoda did. I'd get the 360 version if I had one.
