I did visit but they now only carry the lower end Sennheisers. When I asked, they said that the market for high end headphones is very niche and thus could not jusify it. It is not set in stone yet, but I am leaning towards the HD 700 as it appears to strike the best value proposition. Not quite reference grade, but getting fairly close to the audiophile level. We will see though as I will finalize my list by this weekend. I just wish that there were headphones that had true surround capabilities. I see some of the ones like the RE175 wireless, but I somehow feel that it would leave me disappointed.

I thought long and hard about this, but have decided to bail on this project. Instead, I am returning to grad school in January while continuing to work full time here in Eastern KY. This means that I will have no time for any TV or gaming for probably the next 2-4 years.

bad idea, lame, sounds bad: stop having fun, go back to grad school, work full time in rural kentucky

good idea, inspired, sounds rad: drop out of school, become a communist, start doing drugs

you're welcome

I am just a tad burnt out to be honest. That is probably why I am into cars so much as it is at least is something I can enjoy everyday.

dude you really should chill out & relax, i mean that as a friend. life is short, then you're dead & it's over. either find something meaningful that you drives you or just start focusing on having fun

Someday I'll have to tell the tale of an acid trip from Atlanta Georgia to Biloxi Mississippi which involved midgets getting chased by a biker gang and a train getting robbed by some Indians

Thank you for the offer, but I must decline. I will be okay and I have never been a person who indulges in recreational substances. I don't even drink alcohol or smoke. I did indulge in a full rack of cherry wood smoked ribs today though............
