No US Sony HDTV's models have built in TV Guide that I am aware of.

The KDL40D3000 was a 2007 model sold only in Canada. It had the same features as the KDL32XBR4*, including a screen resolution of 1366x768 (rather than the 1920x1080 resoultion of the 40", 46" and 52" XBR4 models). It has no built-in program guide.

* The 40D3000 and the 32XBR4 models have the same user manual.
