Default Looking for Small Kitchen TV

My 20+ year-old 10-inch CRT kitchen TV finally died, and I'm not sure what to replace it with. I have about 11 inches of vertical space, so I can fit about a 15-inch widescreen in the same space. The problem is, there's not a big selection of 15-inch or smaller TVs. There's only a handful on Amazon, and they're brands I've never heard of, like Venturer, Supersonic, and Pyle. There's even one with no brand at all. How is that even possible? What does that say about the TV when the manufacturer wants to remain anonymous?

I'm fine with a budget TV, no bells and whistles, no DVD player, but I don't want to buy a POS. Any recommendations for a functional, reliable 15-inch-ish TV that I can mount under my cabinet. I have DirectTV, if that makes a difference. Thanks.

Do you need a TV (built in OTA tuner) or just a monitor with HDMI to acomodate the DirecTV tuner?

Do you want a "under cabinet" mount or stand on the cabinet?
