Default Led Age

5300 Samsung TV bought in 012 was always bright with a beautiful picture but one thing I never noticed was Led was getting dimmer over time. I just purchased a 4k tv and moved 5300 to cameras which is side to side with 4k so I do have a comparison to make. Right of the bat I noticed how dark the 5300 was so I loaded Netflix on both with same show in sync. Video was brighter by alot and video was clearer and smoother on 4k. 5300 is still watchable as I do multiple games on 2 TVs next to each other just never noticed it getting dimmer. Best I can figure is 44000 hrs on 5300 so I am probably close to half life if you believe the 100000 hr life.
