Default Strange Issue with my LG 42LB6300 42-Inch LED

I recently purchased the LG Electronics 42LB6300 42-Inch LED Smart TV ... I love it!! I was so blown away by the picture out of the box my jaw hit the floor.. (this after using a Sharp Aquos for MANY years) .. Anyway, my issue is this.. I bought the TV on July 12th. Recently I've been noticing a jitter/stutter while watching movies or TV shows. It's not often, but is very noticeable. I've gone through the settings and can't seem to find a way to fix it.. I'm not sure if it's my TV, my DirecTV receiver (also happened on my Suddenlink cable service some) or what.. Maybe a cable issue? Or the system that processes the TrueMotion? I'm at a loss...

What could be done is this: hook up d DVD player and see if picture is improved, if yes - then your cable box has a problem, if no - then your TV has a problem, and since it is under warranty - try to replace it.
