Default How many and which recievers can you have?

I have a 722 using both both tuners for pic in pic in the theatre room, a 510 in the main living room, a 301 in the bedrrom and a 301 in the garage.

I was taking the 301 out to the Black hills with me on mini vacations but after leaving the remote or cables at the wrong place im thinking of just adding another reciever and leaving it out there at the cabin.

Can i even add another reciever to my account? Can i buy a 625 or other dual tuner off ebay that were leased recievers?? like 322 and others like that.....

what if they dont have a card? can i still buy it and will dish give me one?
some of mine dont even have a card now....

too many questions to ask the cust serv rep that wont know anyway so i thought id let you guys stab at it.....

If you are going to leave a receiver at a second location, Dish wants you to have it on a separate account. You cannot buy a leased receiver, Dish will not activate it on any other account except the person who leased it. You will be charged a second tuner fee if you don't hook it up to a phone line, and if you put it on your home account and you have receivers at your home also hooked to the phone line, you will have your receivers shut off by the audit department.

leased tuners cannot be activated, if you purchase a owned or new unit make sure you check for any balance b4 you purchase it.

Your user agreement specifies that the tuners are for one location. Users can do as you did and temporarily move it to a different local for a weekend trip or so, but a permanent location requires a seperate account.

Be more careful with the remote and cables and your old method works fine.
