Default DISH Freezing up

Western Ct
My DISH keeps freezing.I have the Hopper with Sling and one Joey. I use the Dish anywhere app on my phone often.
Today, it has been freezing up on all. I tried resetting all twice but, it isn't fixing it.
Thoughts or ideas?

My 56 inch vizio in the living room scrambles and freezes up all the time. I can record something and play it back and no scrambles or freeze tip. Dish is telling me it is open ground wiring, electrician tells name there is no open grounds. My 46 inch in the family room does not scramble or freeze. 37 inch in bedroom does not freeze or scramble either. All 3 tv are vizier
