She said, ok, i'll add Superfan to your account at no charge.

So, be polite yet persistent and you can still get it. Frankly i don't understand how they can charge for it in the first place, we're already paying $250 just to get Sunday Ticket. Hopefully this will all go away in a few years when ALL channels are digital.

Good luck!
All channels are already digital ....don't count on all of them being HD, that won't happen, possibly ever.

Is everyone that had ST and SF last year on the auto renew plan?

I see both on my bill from may, june and july with no charge.

What is the best phone # to call now? Would prefer to speak with someone in retention. Is that still possible?

TIA!

Mine was suppose to be auto renewed but it wasn't. You will need to call and remind them and for your troubles ask them for free Superfan.

Called Today. I was on automatic renewal for NFL ST for the last 10 years. Told them I wanted Superfan for free. They said that the can,t for free but they can give it to me for 3 payments of 33.33, but credit my bill 10$ a month for 1 year.

I took it.

I just got off the phone after haggling with the CSRs and am not happy about them not hooking me up. Has anyone received Super Fan for free lately? I have had SF for the last two years and paid nothing for it. Now they are trying to charge $99.

I renewed my ST been a subscriber for 5+ yrs. I have gotten Super Fan free the past 2 years but the deal I got was 33.00 a month for 3 months and I only got a $10 credit for 6 months which is $60 so I am paying only $39 for super fan better than $99.

It may help to pull up the link within this thread for the original offer. I read it to them word for word, and told them it would have made more sense to cancel and re-buy. I can tell you that I acted as nice as possible, and I called around 11 PST.
