My Video is coming right out of the HR20-700 into the TV, my audio is going into my Yamaha A / V center.
(Digital audio cable)

1953,
Next question is,
How many take EVERYTHING to your a/v center and THEN to the TV essentially running everything thru the a/v ?

I was curious about this, I do NOT set mine up this way, because I do not want to have to ALWAYS run the Yamaha , I use the TV speakers most of the time except for Movies and sometimes a game.

IF you do all your video switching in the a/v center, you would not have TV speakers on at all. I guess I don't want to go that way , so I didn't but I know alot of people do.

I believe my Yamaha does have HDMI connections as well.
It does alot of things I don't do !!
