I have to say, our one installer does not even use gear to align, all free hand. Amazing he can be......

This is a wonderful opinion. The things mentioned are unanimous and needs to be appreciated by everyone.
I appreciate the concern which is been rose. The things need to be sorted out because it is about the individual but it can be with everyone.

Can you recommend a source for a suitable splitter - Sonora don't seem to have any 5-2300 in their cataloger.Glad to help.and give me the relevant more information

These are the equipments needed for Direct TV.

The Direct TV DVR includes a digital set-top receiver, a mini satellite dish antenna with a dual-output LNB and a universal remote control. The receiver with remote control will also be sold without a dish antenna for customers who already have Direct TV service.

Default new install

i currently have a dtv hd dvr hooked up in living room. their are two wires running into the house. 1 from sat running to inserter and 1 running from inserter to the dtv hd dvr. i want to hook a dtv hd receiver up in living room instead. how would i do this? it is a new install just last week. thanks in advance.
