Default Issues with tuner 2

I want to preface that I have no clue about these things. So no Judgement please. I’m trying to set up an hr24. The dish is a slimline with sl3 lnb(sl3s4nr5-01). I have dish aimed at sat 101 have checked with other boxes to be sure of signal. However the receiver “signal strengths” show no signal on any transponders. When the box is setup it will load and show an issue with tuner 2 error 771. Have tried hard resets no help. Someone mentioned a power inserter? And the dish is a SWM so I’m told I won’t need a b-band? I tried the box at a friends house and it works fine there but I haven’t checked his setup. Dish is high on roof and he has no clue what the installer did. Please help thanks!

What you have is SWM -LNB --Meaning -you will need a PI-29 (powersupply) to power the LNB (the PI-29) has a Powerout (rg6) port that connects to the Down Lead (Rg6) lnb--and a RG6 Port for the IRD (HR24)

You will not need BBC's -
