Default Free service call or nah?

So, I'm out of contract with DTV. I'm putting in a third tv soon, so I called around and decided to renew DTV. I've been a customer for 8 years on this account and have never used the protection plan or the upgrade. They said I'm eligible for a free upgrade, etc. I said I was also concerned about my bill. Everything went great. I agreed to take on a 3rd receiver and for a 2 year commit, they would also give me a $25/month credit for 2 years to offset some charges and to get me off my out of date plan (which I'm appreciative of especially since AT&T took over, I find discounts hard to come by). I agreed and went through with everything. I got transferred to the confirmation or whatever department and she went through with all my charges. It came to $99 + tax so $104. I said I was getting a free upgrade/install with the deal that was worked out. She asked to review the notes and said I was correct. A few hours later, I get this email...

Qty Description
1 DIRECTV® Genie $0.00
1 DIRECTV® 4K Genie Mini $99.00
1 DIRECTV Wireless Genie Mini $0.00
1 Wireless Video Bridge $0.00
1 Sales Order Credit -$99.00

ADDITIONAL FEES
Installation Fee $0.00
Delivery & Handling Fee $0.00
Tax $5.94
Wireless Genie Mini Setup $99.00

ORDER TOTAL PAID** $104.94

I called back and the rep said I was being charged that amount and I have 2 choices 1) cancel the service or 2) cancel the appointment. I said I thought it was taken care of. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He would not transfer me. I said the way I'm reading the email, it sounds like I still owe the money. He said no. There's a credit. I said the way it's written, I see a credit, but I still see an ADDITIONAL charge. Still wouldn't transfer me.

So, am I getting charged? I'm telling you, that's the way I see it. My install is scheduled for Saturday. Do I cancel? Call back? Wait til the tech comes?

Any advice is appreciated and thank you!
