Free with my new subscription. If you want "Sunday Ticket", it's no where else. DTV paid big money for this package. Give me one reason why they should offer it to you for less than full price UNLESS you're a new subscriber.

One way to be a new subscriber is to wander in the waste land (Dish, Comcast, etc) for 2 years. THEN, if DTV still has the free deal for the first year on a new 2 year contract, you'll get the free stuff for one year.

Here's one reason: To keep you as a subscriber.

Last year: $5 off for six months.
This year: got told to call back after super bowl and ask for an early bird discount.
Previous years: decent discounts like $20 off. Never hit the discount jackpot like others have. Parents are 15 (I think) year customers with ticket every year and I'm a customer of going on 9 years.

And why would they care about giving you free Sunday Ticket? If you're going to jump ship over the issue, where are you going to go to get free/reduced rate Sunday Ticket. Only DTV has it.

What you can do is dump DTV for 2 years plus a day and then resubscribe and maybe get free Sunday Ticket for one year. Then again, maybe DTV will no longer have the package.

They pay big money and if they start discounting it for you, they're going to have do the same for everyone who reads this blog.

Then again, this is the age of free stuff everyone, especially me (you). How about free Social Security starting at 50. Hey, wait a minute, that's not fair for the 40ish crowd. If Hillary can give free college, why not free Sunday Ticket (at least for me).

You can get Sunday ticket on the PS4. No discount to be sure but it can be done. DtV still gets their cut but it can be done without having a DTV sub. They want that sub.

Sorry to inform you, but I indeed was able to get a great deal.
I'm "paying" $360 for NFL Sunday Ticket Max and D* is giving me a $50 bill credit for 12 months with a 12 month agreement. So, I'm essentially getting Sunday Ticket Max for free, plus $240 to stay with them another year.

Enjoy!

Called last year. 14 year subscriber. Free Sunday ticket and discounts app. $60 off per month for one year with one year agreement. Called again this year. Negotiation a bit more strained. Have been hearing since the AT&T merge more reluctant to deal. Anyway was told no free ticket since I received last year. Was given $50 off per month for one year with agreement, and $7 off HBO per month x 6 months. Ive seen just hangin up the phone and trying again may work for the ticket but I took my losses? and went with it. Good luck!

Think your panties may be too tight dude. They made up the rules. We all just trying to figure out the game.

All I was trying to point out is "Sunday Ticket" costs DTV 1.5 BILLION a year. According to the site below, that is much more that any other NFL media deal (ABC, CBS, FOX, etc). I'm guessing DTV does NOT make money on the deal, but does keep subscribers such as yourself from fleeing to another media source by having the package. I'm also guessing maybe 1% of DTV customers are even aware of this blog and rants such as yours. There AIN'T no free lunch.

Look clown, ST is a tool to get people as subscribers so they can spend money every month on service.

I am a long time subscriber, I can assure you I've spent more money with them than you or most people.

So as a thank you for years and thousands of dollars spent, they give me deals for ST.

Spare me your dumbass SS, Hillary, political comments. You just come off sounding like an a$$hole.
