Default "Border" appears when HDTV is "Primary" PC Monitor

This is my Flatscreen TV:

PHILIPS 50PF7220K/37 (GOOGLE IT, SORRY I CAN'T POST LINKS YET

This is my video card:

GTX 8500 Nvidia (HDMI connection as well as DVI and VGA capable), but hooked up via HDMI to the back of the Plasma above...

I get a "border" around the Plasma screen when my plasma is set as " the main Display and my 22" LCD Screen is the "extension".

Any suggestions on enabling the screen to go all the way without a border? My TV supports "1080p".

What is the resolution of the computer monitor? I ask because if you are using the clone setting where the same data is to be sent to both screens, then there needs to be some method to resolve the differences. Say your computer monitor is set for 1024x768 then the TV would get the same resolution possibly and many HDTVs will put a black border to make up the difference wen sent a lower resolution signal rather that trying to scale it to fit the screen. So depending on your computer monitor resolution, it could make up the difference.
