No problem.. I know they would come up with a way to get LAN to work, but remember this is early stages so most of the hardware they're testing has mix results but I am sure they'll work it out. Would be nice if WD would add these features to the firmware already, but you know how that is..

Oh WD well yeah that's what they do.. But the WD TV HD needs to be like the Hauppauge MediaMVP need the flexibility of LAN access. Would be nice to show my stuff on HDTV in 1080i or 1080p but the lack of LAN access would be problem for me. Get the media over the wired Gig or wireless network to and from the media HTPC so quickly to all 7x MVP. I had thought by now Hauppauge would have MediaMVP HD but they never came out with it. Right now these units have NPU from IBM PowerPC, hardware decoder chip for MPEG2, DiviX is software base to get around that I have to use DivX Pro 7 and a faster CPU, but images on the MVP are very sharp near Progressive Scan quality.
