DELL integrated Graphics can't handle today's gaming.. XPS series might but still I would stick with HP with AMD X2 X64 and AMD ATI PCI-E, get 4GB of RAM min and 500GB HDD SATII.

I'd suggest the HP Pavilion DV 7.
I'm more than happy with it - weighs just about 7 pounds (3,5 kilos), bright 17 inch display and a very good battery that lasts for more than 3 hours with wi-fi browsing, yet it has the GeForce 9600 GPU and Intel Duol Core T6600 CPU. The design is very hi-tech and not childish as it is on Alienware or Asus gaming laptops. I'm really happy with it ![]() |

Why AMD? Personally I think you should look for an Asus gaming laptop (pretty cheap on Amazon/Newegg) and then make sure you have a good dedicated card and an i7 processor (preferably with 32 nm technology).
