Default Speed Test???

I have TWC basic internet service(10Mbps) and considering upgrading to next teir (Turbo 20Mbps).I ran 6 diff. speed test this morning avg. was (23Mbps down),
( .96 up). One was extremely low so I disregarded.Could someone explain these #, will I likely see a noticeable diff. in perfomance, I have 2 comp., netflix,PPV, if so where.I do a lot of web searching, it cost add $20 a month, so I dont want to be dissapointed.
Thanks-Joe

Your differences in speed are only important if you are having problems at your current speeds. Also, the speeds will vary at different times of the day depending on how many are using the service at any one time. Do you have any problems now with downloading files (slow?) or not getting your netflix streamed smoothly? If not, then why spend the extra money. My guess is that 10Mbps is probably sufficient.

I have the Turbo package @ 20 down 5 up I use it for online gaming while my wife watches Korean dramas on a site called Viki and my nephew streams shows off netflix. I run multiple monitors and am able to utilize many pages at once even while gaming. If I am not mistaken not many things can even use the 10 down 1 up speeds it is more about bandwidth.
