Default Sysfader:iexploer.exe causing issues???????

when i go to modded mustang forum, seems like just this one site, I will get this message after being at the site for a minute or so a box will come up saying this:

sysfader:iexplore.exe-Application error
the instruction at " 0x3...........................

I googled this and some were saying to go to my compu, properties, advan, perfor, settings and uncheck the visual effects for animate windows when minimizing........, fade or slide menus into view, fade of slide tool tips into view, and fade out menu items after clicking. I tried that and even restared after and it still did it with that one site. Anyone know what I can do. Its my work computer , XP. Only IE on here, can't download firefox or anything i don't think

I'd send the forum admin an email about it. Since it only happens there, I think they are the problem and not your computer.
