Default Wtv -> dvd-ram ?

How do you burn a WTV recording into a DVD-RAM disc?

Thanks.

I would first use VideoReDo v4 to convert to .mpg file type. Then use convertXtoDVD to author the file.

It turns out that my LG blu-ray recorder came with a CD with some aurthoring software. That's what I get for ignoring crapware. It seems like I have ot select a DVD-VR mode or something and that did the trick. There's a DVD+VR mode too. What's the difference?

I tried to take a pre-recorded DVD-RAM and replace the VR_MOVIE.VRO file with the mpg (renamed). But this only works if the original recording was longer than the mpg, otherwise it cuts it off. It doesn't actually "author" titles and stuff of course, but it just works for simple playback it seems. Not sure if it's "bad" in any other way.
