Default Which wax do you use?

I want to get my car ready for winter. I'd like to wax it again before it gets too cold out. I used the paste wax last time but I am too lazy to do that again. How good is the wipe on type wax?

If I was still waxing my car, I would still be using Zaino brothers showroom polish or Meguiars Gold.

I havn't washed or waxed my car by hand this year as the Mosquitos have been just terrible in my yard all year.

Zaino has a very loyal following and for good reason, as nothing makes your car look as good, and lasts as long.

If you're planning a winter-prep, then I'm guessing that longevity of the paint protection is more important than visual gloss and depth. If that is the case, then I'd strongly recommend that you forego the wax and instead apply a sealant.

There are several sealants that I like - for long life I'd recommend either Griot's Garage Paint Sealant or Blackfire Wet Diamond sealant. I'm a big fan of the visual results and water-shedding capabilities of Optimum's Opti-Seal, but I'm not sure how long it lasts.
