1961 Catalina Convertible




Normally I "stretch" the years out to 1973 to show the Pontiac SD 455s. But this car caught my eye. This is the only 1961 Catalina Convertible built with the 389/4V and a 4 speed.

Plus, it's a very low optioned car. Something you don't see on an upscale Catalina:




The color is Tradewind Blue with matching top.

Nice photo of the 1969 Larry Shinoda Boss 302 Prototype. It is interesting to note that the Shaker Hood didn't make it for the 1969 model - only the 1970
