Those are Goodyear Blue Streak Speedway tires (7.75x15). Never installed by any manufactuer on a production car, they were Goodyear's racing tires. These were racing only tires, with very thin sidewalls, and virtually no tread. The tires were marked on the sidewall "Not for highway use."

1971 440+6 'Cuda







Everything looks correct except the Billboard Stripes. There is no V6X on the tags - (V6X = Black Billboard Stripes)
