 The late 1960's were truly a "no holds barred" time for Muscle Cars. Chevy's 427 ZL1 is IMO, the zentih of that time . . . a big block producing over 550hp that weighed the same as a small block . . . and had a price tag that was more expensive than the car it was installed in! |

The Devils in the details . . .
The 1970 GTO came standard with G70x14 BSW tires. ( I believe I may have made a mistake in a previous post where I said standard tires were G78x14 BSW. Those were standard on the Grand Prix, not the GTO) There were two tire options for the GTO: G70x14 RWL and G78x14 Dual WSW tires . . . no more Redlines in 1970.  |

1969 427 ZL1 Camaro #58
 One of two in Garnet Red. It came from the factory with the Endura Front Bumper, Front & Rear Spoilers along with the Rally Wheels. It doe not have it's original engine though. |
