Yeah, I'm a couple hours from Gainesville. One day I'll make it to the Gatornationals. They were advertising tickets recently, "Every ticket is a pit pass." Or something along those lines. I might not leave the pits, I've always been interested in the hardware side of anything. Walking around at the Pig Fest in Lakeland recently I was mainly interested in checking out all the bad ass cookers instead of the BBQ.

When I was living in Ft. Laud - I used to go up to West Palm to the strip they had there, but there weren't any National events held there. Just bracket racing.

Gainesville was just too far for me. As it is, Phoenix is 300 miles away from me but it's the closest track that holds a National event.

Not like living in Long Island where I had 2 tracks near me - Englishtown was less than 1 hour away and Maple Grove (PA) was less than 2 hours away. Attended both National events every year.
