Dish satellite fuzzy tv2

We moved out high def box to the basement. And moved tv2 to the main level. Dish has gotten us a picture however it is fuzzy. We are out in the middle of nowhere if that makes a difference. Connections are good, box is on already been over the modulator deal and that looks good any other advise, anyone?

What model Dish box and what kind of cable is going to each TV
