Default Wireless HDMI?

Greetings All. Had a downsize move to a place with a over fireplace cubby for the tv that limits the size tv I can have unless I rewire a new location for it. Hoping to catch Black Friday/Christmas sale to get a 60" flat screen which definitely won't fit. I was told by a young nephew to get a Wireless HDMI to solve all placement problems. Then I can use cubby for storage. Do these really work and if so, which one is the best to buy for my situation? Thanks.
