Question New Sony 4K tv and BAD viewing of hd channels with ComCast

I am sorry to say that I know nothing about tech stuff or hd stuff... But, I just got the Sony Bravia 900E 65" tv. It replaced a 20-year old tv, so I never had hi-def before. Turner Classic Movies is my favorite channel, but the hd channel (on ComCast) plays in a overly enhanced, jerky kind of way. I don't know what the problem can be. I've noticed that I don't like most of the channels in hd. They seem to be overly enhanced or digitized in some way. Only the news and sports channels seem to play smoothly. Can anyone help me on this? I've tried changing all picture settings, and nothing helps. Thanks!

Just about all the HD channels except for some locals are downrezzed to 720p.....that's just the way it is so either grin and bear it or switch providers.

Smile Jerkyness Corrected... BUT

Shutting of Motionflow and CineMotion was the answer. Now the jerkyness and ultra enhanced motion is gone.

However, I have one remaining issue: When the black border is on all 4 sides of the picture, there is no "zoom" aspect option that just enlarges the screen. It always distorts the image. Is there a way arround this?
