No matter what Soup, Goof and all the other characters in this forum would have you believe of what I did to Rizzo, what they're accusing me of is ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE and not what happened between us -- they don't have NEARLY the whole story, trust me. Like PFC said, he completely lost his mind when he used to read my reviews that had "plot spoilers" to a degree and came into the threads with an aggressive tactic that usually decayed into calling me "dickhead" and "loser"...while claiming he was an older-than-18-year-old adult. Further, he admitted in open forum that he would not stop attacking me in the threads should he deem it important to do so -- but it was really about "plot spoilers" in the reviews which I took care of based on forum rules. Yes -- Soup wants you to believe that I antagonized "Rizzo" to the point of threatening me in private and having him banned...but as PFC said, he brought it on himself. His tactics and intentions here went beyond what was happening between he and I.

PFC: I thought we weren't going to discuss in open forum those reasons for his banning beyond the confrontations he and I had. At any rate, I have detailed all the harassing things that have been said in this thread and others about me to you and IB-Dick.

Pete had nothing to do with Rizzo's demise here.

His last few incidents with me -- I clipped PMs he sent to me to administrators -- sure did have something to do with his demise. NO ONE can be harassed and threatened in the fashion he bestowed.

Nope. That's not what I was told -- and I know the messages I sent off to administrators and Internet Brands managers were looked at, discussed and concluded upon that PART of his banning was due to the fact that he just wouldn't let go of the threats...PFC even acknowledges this in multiple conversations.

Is there anyway that this bickering can be stopped?

You are wrong Peter, and it had NOTHING to do with your PMs to admins. If you want to take "credit" for it, then you can do that in your own mind, but as Kamspy NOW KNOWS as a new mod reading the mod only sections your PMs were NOT the reason for the banning.

It is time to stop all this talk about WHY people were banned. Suffice to say, they broke rules which they knew about (and all members are required to KNOW before posting) and they did not follow them. Mods make the call and not the members here, just like with all forums like this.

It is not up for vote OR debate. If someone breaks the rules, they must live with the consequences of those choices THEY made alone. PERIOD!

I'm not making ANYTHING up in my "own mind;" I merely said it was ONE of the reasons and that it DID have to do with some of his confrontation with me -- I have the transcript from one of the admin bosses that Dick sent my PM to.

I never claimed it was THE reason he was banned.

I don't really care how or why Kamspy was given mod status, and it doesn't really matter how many posts he was witness to in the moderator channels -- I know there was an issue with him (Rizzo) and the personal physical threats he made to me in PMs...I sent this to Internet Brands through Dick.
