Problem with Vizio 37" HDTV - flickering screen

Just got a 37" Vizio HDTV last week.
I have it hooked up to our Comcast cable through a TiVo Series 3 HD DVR with Cablecards (installed by Comcast).

Had no problems the first couple of days, but yesterday, I noticed that the screen started to very noticeably flicker, starting a couple of minutes after the TV is turned on.

I tried switching it from the HDMI cable to the component cables, but no difference - still with headache-inducing flickering after a couple of minutes that seems to get worse the longer the TV is on.

The flickering persists even when I turn the TiVo off, with the blue screen that says "No signal".

Any thoughts? Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions?

Sounds like a defective set. You should return it, perhaps for a more reliable model.

I have not experienced that on my 37" Vizio. could be intereference from other components around the tv.

Since it wasn't there in the first couple of days, did you move any equipment around or move any cables? Did you change which outlet some of the equipment was plugged into that is connected?

If the answer is no to those questions it does sound like a defective display.
