| Best 32" HDTV in the $750-900 range????zambezy 08-17-2004, 07:15 PM As the title says... What is your opinion... I would like it to be PIP capable. It has to fit in 36" opening borromini 08-17-2004, 10:50 PM Unforutnately you're not going to find a 32" HDTV for less than $1,000 and those will be the low-end models of the bunch in terms of picture tube technology and other features. So you either have to raise your budget to that amount and settle for below top-quality or purchase a set within the 26"-30" range. Good luck! jbeam976 08-18-2004, 12:18 AM Samsung 26 " 699.99 at best buy samsung 30" 999.99 best buy sony 30 999.99 best buy i prefer the samsung w built in tuner i still get a signal when it rains over my regular attena maximus 08-18-2004, 12:46 AM No such thing as a 32" HDTV in my world? :) Get a 30" HDTV if a 34" is too big. Samsung 30" $650. Sanyo 30" $750. Sony 30" $899. Tadgh45 10-22-2004, 11:17 AM Zenith C32V37 - Paid $979 at Best Buy. Excellent Picture! Micmax 10-22-2004, 03:48 PM One of my local Best Buy's (Grapevine, TX) has a 32" 4:3 HD Toshiba (I think) for well under $1000. They are, however, running a 20% off of open item prices. They had the 30" Widescreen Sony model with two component inputs and an HDMI input for around $800 with the deal. Samsung 26" Widescreen HDTV built-in receiver for $480, no joke. Hang around your local retail giants and wait for open item specials, thats the best way to go. SweetMeef 10-24-2004, 10:07 PM Circuit City has a 32" Panasonic and Samsung for $799 I have tried both; currently have the Samsung because the Panny gave me slight picture problems. There is also a 32" Sanyo at Walmart for $699 that has "Picture-and-Picture" which, if I'm not mistaken is the ability to show a digital and analog picture at the same time. Not sure if that's what you want, but check those out. (All 3 I mentioned are 4:3) For links to these and a Sony, check This Thread (http://www.highdefforum.com/showthread.php?t=1823&highlight=sweetmeef) GL, |
