Problems With Samsung PN50A650 -Pixelization/Sound Not Synching Up

I just set up my Samsung PN50A650. I have A Sony STRDG720 receiver, Dish Network VIP 722 and the new Memorex MVBD 2510 Blue Ray Player. From what I saw on the Wirewize website, I believe everything is hooked up correctly (used three HDMI cables. Dish receiver to Sony Receiver, Blue Ray to Sony Receiver, Sony Receiver HDMi out to Plasma TV). Picture is good, but I have two problems: #1. On some channels, not all, it seems that a person will talk and the sound will follow a 1/2 a second later. It will eventually catch up the longer I watch that channel - Very annoying. #2. I see pixelization for fast moving action, such as football, basketball or any fast-moving action. Not extremely noticeable but it's there. Do you think this is a Dish Network problem, something wrong with the setup of my components, or maybe a problem with my HDMI cables? Is there something I can do to narrow things down to find the root of the problem? Very frustrating as I want everything to be perfect, but there's something not right. Thanks for you help!

I believe your pixelization problem to be a Dish alignment problem. Worth a call to Dish to get that rectified.

As for the sound, HDMI connections with Dish equipment sometimes does this. One solution is to hook the optical audio from the Dish box to the receiver and select that as the audio source while selection HDMI for the video section (via the receiver). That should reslove your audio lag.
