Hmm, you mean they actually improved a game that was released on the 360 nearly 2 years ago??? Wow, that's a shocker. But good info for those Wii owners looking for another good game. Wii controller as a chain saw will do nicely.

All I'm saying is that Wii owners interested in this game don't need to worry about having the broken save feature that ruined the 360 version. It's nice to see Capcom trying to appeal to a more casual gamer like myself.

LOL what a X360 troll. It had better be improved after 2 figgen years of extra dev time! We all know that the graphics will still be game cube quailty and every one will look like a bobble head though

It's not the graphics that count, it's the gameplay! Sony haters like yourself made fun of the PS3 when it didn't have rumble because it wasn't "immersive" enough. Then, when a Wii game with 10 times more immersive controls than a 360 game comes along, you bash its graphics.

I'm not bashing the wii at all, Its pretty cool for what it is. I'm bashing you! Just start at the title of this thread! We all know you go above and beyond to bash the X360 in any form or fashion. If you would use common sense, You'd realize that a game being ported 2 years later would be better (or at least should be) then the original! Everything about the thread title to the OP is flame bait at best coming from you. Had some one else that is not a known X360 troll started this thread, It would have went differently!

How am I bashing the 360? I'm just bashing a 360 game. Damn, you 360 owners are sensitive folk.

The Wii ver sounds fantastic, however, it also sounds like it'll be a completely different game, set in the same scenario, to me.

Some think it's just going to be RE:4 - The Mall Edition.

Not sure if that's the case or not. Regardless, I'm interested.

IGN has posted some new DEAD RISING:CHOP TIL YOU DROP screens as well as details regarding the control scheme.

May not be exactly 360 level, looks wise, but it does look pretty damn good IMO.

Only thing you can't do w/ the current screenshots is read the text (not due to small size, but from being Japanese!)

Since when have you been a casual gamer? :p

On topic: I'm not surprised that the Wii version is going to be better and more fleshed out on the Wii. Capcom has a history of porting over their games from noe system a year later only to make it better on the second or third system. For example:

RE4 released on the GameCube first, but was better and more fleshed out on the PS2.

Lost Colonies was released on the 360 first, but was better and more fleshed out on the PS3.

It's just the way Capcom does business. They aren't slighting the 360 in anyway they just need to make an older product look new and interesting again.

I talk about videogames alot more than I actually play them. I'd say, on average, I play 5-6 hours a week (this is including 30 min of Wii Fit everyday). I have to play every game on Easy. I suck at online multiplayer. I own a Wii and it's currently my most used console...

I'm a casual gamer

Well....bless Capcom!

This game is looking like a for sure buy for me. This and a pretty decent handful of other new titles (and ALL 3rd party no less) coming in the next several months point to "real" gamers finally getting the goods for Wii.

About damn time!!!
