We have had our Cox HD service for about 2 months and are now cancelling it because it is the most user unfriendly device I have encountered. We asked the "technician" for the instruction manual and were told there is none. He verbally led us through the operation while we took notes and tape recorded his instructions. Those instructions now do not work and we have to call Cox for assistance every day or two just to get to television stations. If this service is representative of Cox's other services, I fear for the future of the company.

Gee, I looked my instruction manual up on the internet.
Amazingly, it was there, very easily found.

What HD box do you have?
