Advice on sending OTA antenna and Dishnetwork on the same cable

I have done some research and found out I can di-plex two signals , 1 being from dishnetwork the other from my OTA HD antenna, on the same cable, then diplex again at the receivers and have dishnetwork and OTA HD in every room... I have seen many different types of switches ranging from

http://www.spaun.com/sms5802nf.htm , which is way too expensive for me like $400 to $500 bucks

http://www.trianglecables.com/201-758.html which is priced really good but states only for DIRECTV !!! :(

http://www.solidsignal.tv/prod_display.asp?CAT=Diplexers%20and%20Taps&PROD=SP4014 , which I don't know if it is Dishnetwork compatible.

priced at $135 but again doesn't list if it is for dishnetwork or not.

Basically i want a multi switch that allows OTA antenna input so that I can feed 1 cable to each room and then install a di-plexer and run 1 connection to recievers in each room , and any room I plan on putting an HDTV in will be able to run 1 cable to dishnetwork sat input the other cable to the OTA input on the HD dishnetwork receiver. I hope that makes sense..

well, i checked out that site and still can't find any multi-switch for dishnetwork that is $150 and under beside the Spaun switch which is a ridiculous price.

so i attached a diagram and what i wish to accomplish using diplexer, not sure if i can do this or not. was looking for conformation on if i was correct, please forgive the rude drawing :) , i could not figure out how to insert the image so i just attached it to this message , it is called diagram.jpg....

if someone could reply and tell me if this is correct or show me how to insert my hd antenna into this config using diplexer..??
